Top 10 travel gifts under £10

It’s that time of year again, the parties, the celebrations and…the presents! But as much as it is the season to be jolly (fa la la la la and all that) it can also be a some what expensive time of the year. But you don’t need to go spending in a crazy way to show your friends and family you care about them this Christmas season, here are my top 10 travel gifts under £10 that are as thoughtful as they are awesome for the traveller in us all.

1- Travel Listography- £8.83

This quintessential travel log is a wonderful gift for any avid traveller looking to document their travels in a fun series of lists. With over 70 topics to explore from countries and cities you have already visited to your most memorable travel experiences, it is a terrific present (and one that was given to me and I love it!).

2- Travel laundry bag- £6.88

The one downside to travelling is the inevitable washing that follows. But thanks to this Kikkerland travel laundry bag there is a more stylish way of keeping your dirty clothes in one place…plus the bag holds up to 3 kg of washing which is pretty impressive!

3- Travel quote map print- £10

Every traveller loves an inspirational travel quote and this stylish travel quote map print by Maps International will look perfect on the wall of any travel lover.

4- Destinations piggy bank- £9.99

The perfect gift for any traveller who is planning their dream trip. Help them reach their saving goal with this funky little ceramic money box made to order with a destination of your choice.

5- Travel bottles- £7.00

Travel bottles are an essential item for short-term trips as many hotels only provide you with a standard bar of soap (if anything at all) and that’s what makes these reusable toiletry bottles from Body Shop so great. They keep you under the 100ml limit and as part of the kit you get three clear bottles and two 25ml clear empty jars (perfect for face/eye creams) in a cute clear zip up bag.

6- Travel quote luggage tag- £10

A fantastically stylish way of snazzing up any suitcase, this vintage inspired luggage tag is a fun way of individualising your luggage and makes it a little easier to spot at baggage claim!

7- Travelogue holiday memories set- £9.99

The perfect way to record your travel memories. This awesome Travelogue holiday memories set features a blank notebook for you to fill in, travel tips and advice and 8 miniature scratch maps to keep track of where you have been.

8- Travel adapter- £7.99

This compact travel adapter allows travellers to connect devices from all over the world in more than 150 countries. It also includes a USB charger which converts it into a power source to quickly charge and run your USB devices.

9- Lonely Planet’s ‘Best in Travel 2016’ guidebook- £6.99

The travel geniuses over at Lonely Planet bring you their annual ‘Best in Travel’ guidebook which includes the hottest travel trends, destinations, journeys and experiences from around the world. It’s a year’s worth of travel inspiration that no travel fanatic should be without this Christmas so make sure to add it to your list!

10- Filtered water bottle- £7.99

You would be surprised how much buying water adds up whilst you are travelling, starting with the airport when you are unable to take liquids over 100ml through; but with Bobble’s filtered water bottle this is no longer a problem. These water bottles are so useful and real long-term money savers they are well worth buying for any frequent traveller.
